					<description>Actually, I think you might be right.  The Secretary of Agriculture position right now is one that really has no power in terms of policy:  it's just window dressing.

Having the SoA appointed by a governor/approved by the Senate might actually make ag politics a debatable issue when it comes to races for governor and State Senate.</description>
